ADHD’s Guide to Fantasy Sports

I give a quick breakdown on how my fantasy hockey teams are going this year. I've got a better than 50% sucess rate for making the playoffs this year. I also do a quick Basketball look-in at the very end to wrap up their regular season...no such luck in those 3 leagues.

I've been betting once or twice a week at the casinos since Christmas time and decided to make a spreadsheet for them. I give an overview of how they are set up, my thought process for them and how to intend to make it better or more informative in the future.

This is the audio portion of the podcast. I have the video section listed on my Youtube page.

I go over some of the players that I'm keeping on my ESPN team and things I look forward to during the season.

I give an update on my Salary Cap Hockey team. I've been busy remaking my team since i biffed it in draft portion of the year. So now i'm pivoting to the future with a very DANGEROUS trade. Tune in to see how i mess this one up!!

Here I go over my Keep 9 baseball team on ESPN. Later i will come out with an episode that goes more in depth about my 2 yahoo dynasty leagues.

I give a rundown on my 9 (!) Fantasy Football teams that I ran in 2023. I get really excited and gloss over a few things but all-in-all, i think i did a good job rolling through what is there.

Super Exited that I had:

1 - 1st place finish
1 - 2nd place finish
1- 3rd place finish.

I recorded this before the NHL games started last night. So it's out of date by now, and i didnt win, lol. But It'll be the first in a list of recordings that i'll do on the subject.

Finally starting back in with a relaunch of my podcast. Things in my personal and professional life got in the way over the last 3 months. Now I've got more time and mental space to handle putting out a show again. I've also started up a patreon to help support the costs of expanding my Podbean subscription.

Here I do a rundown of my 9 Fantasy Football teams for this year. I am 1-1 in all of them except for 1 where I am 0-2 and will most likely be a terrible team all year long.
